Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of peptyxbio.com (the "Site"), operated by PEPTYX BIO ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Professional audience

The Site and its content are intended for qualified healthcare professionals and clinics in Thailand. The Site is not directed at consumers or patients and does not offer products for direct-to-consumer sale. Access to products, batch documentation and professional resources is limited to approved clinic accounts and is subject to credential verification.

2. Educational content, not medical advice

All content on the Site, including the Peptide Library and the Interaction Explorer, is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, prescribing guidance, a recommendation for any intervention, or a substitute for the independent judgment of a licensed physician. The Interaction Explorer summarises mechanism-level themes only; it is not a drug-interaction checker and does not account for any patient's medication, comorbidities or history. Inclusion of a peptide on the Site does not mean it is approved, supplied or appropriate for clinical use in Thailand or any other jurisdiction.

3. Regulatory status

Product availability, regulatory status and permitted use differ by product and jurisdiction and may change. We supply products and professional resources only through legally permitted pathways. Nothing on the Site is an offer to supply any product where such supply would not be permitted.

4. Accounts and applications

You warrant that information submitted in a clinic application is accurate and that you hold the professional credentials you claim. We may approve, refuse, suspend or withdraw professional access at our discretion, including where credentials cannot be verified or applicable requirements are not met. Submitting an application does not create a supply relationship.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, monographs, design, logos and images, are owned by or licensed to PEPTYX BIO and protected by law. You may view and print content for your own professional reference. You may not reproduce, republish or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site to promote or facilitate unlawful supply or use of any product.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials or affiliation.
• Do not scrape, disrupt, probe or overload the Site or attempt to access non-public areas.
• Do not present Site content to patients or consumers as promotional material for unapproved uses.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep content accurate and current, scientific understanding and regulatory status evolve, and we make no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEPTYX BIO is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on Site content or from use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Clinical decisions remain at all times the responsibility of the treating physician.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
