This Privacy Policy explains how PEPTYX BIO ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you visit peptyxbio.com or apply for professional access. We process personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA") and other applicable law.

1. Who we are

PEPTYX BIO is a professional platform providing quality-assured peptide products, scientific education and clinical resources to licensed healthcare professionals and qualified clinics in Thailand. For privacy matters, contact us at info@peptyxbio.com.

2. Personal data we collect

• Professional application data. When you apply for a clinic account we collect the clinic name, the responsible physician's name, medical license number, professional email address, phone number, area of clinical interest and any message you include.
• Correspondence. Communications you send to us, including credential documents you choose to provide during verification.
• Technical data. Standard server logs generated by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps). We do not currently operate analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

3. Why we process it

• To verify professional credentials and eligibility for a clinic account (performance of steps prior to entering a contract, and legitimate interest in supplying only qualified professionals).
• To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest).
• To communicate with you about your application, our services, and scientific, safety or regulatory updates relevant to partner clinics.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the supply of health products in Thailand, including record-keeping and safety reporting.

4. Sharing of personal data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: service providers who host our website and process communications on our behalf; professional advisers; and regulators or authorities where disclosure is required by law. Where a processor acts for us, it does so under instructions and appropriate safeguards.

5. International transfers

Our website is hosted on international infrastructure, so technical data may be processed outside Thailand. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPA.

6. Retention

Application data is retained for as long as needed to assess the application and, for approved clinics, for the duration of the professional relationship plus any period required by law. Unsuccessful application data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

7. Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and request data portability. To exercise a right, contact info@peptyxbio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.

8. Cookies

This site currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Any strictly necessary storage is used only to make the site function (for example, remembering a selection inside an educational tool during your visit).

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access limited to those who need it for the purposes above.
